Have I Truely Lost my Mind?

I believe I have finally lost my mind. I go to work and forget half the things that I need to do during my 8 hour shift. I don't remember who gets vitals when and the finger sticks are late. I guess that is what happens when you work too many days in a row, are running on little sleep, and don't really feel up to working. Oh well, I guess I'll just get everything finished eventually. If the nurses need it done, I will do it even if it is late. I am so tired of work!! That is why I am on the computer instead of running around crazily. Gotta get back to work.
